Flexographic Printing

Flexography is primarily used for pressure sensitive labels, tags and flexible packaging. This technique is best used for projects requiring larger quantities. We offer up to 10 color equipment for accurate representation of powerful graphics. Expanded content labeling with multiple plies, custom laminates for various food/pharma/supplement applications. Ross has also been certified by GMI brand management for precise and consistent manufacturing standards/practices.

Lithographic

You will never have to sacrifice quality with our digital printing. In fact, it has proven to be the most popular choice for the majority of our customers. At Ross Print & Packaging we have exclusively chosen the HP Indigo as our digital print solution. Our roll label HP presses ensure faster turnaround, consistent quality, less waste, accurate proofs and an affordable way to customize your projects.

We love it so much, we recently converted our entire Digital Division from sheets to roll labels and flexible packaging. And are pursuing it at full force to say the least! We no longer offer digital, sheet-fed solutions at the shop but are happy to assist you in all of your flexible packaging needs!
