Green and Sustainable
At Ross Printing, Green is more than just another color. We operate a sustainable, green production facility. Every year we recycle 34 tons of waste paper. We print with soy-based ink to reduce VOC content, as well as donate surplus ink to local artists. In 2009 Ross Printing was awarded the Clean Air Award for lowering our VOC emissions by over 70% in three years.
Community
Our global market was built on support from the community. We regularly support the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery, Habitat for Humanity, Olive Crest, Bloomsday, Spokane Public Schools, Spokane Falls CC School of Graphic Design, First Night Spokane, Second Harvest, and many others.

He enjoys working at Ross Print because the industry offers a wide range of people to meet, from customers to fellow staff. Chris the outdoorsy type who enjoys camping, fishing, and hiking. His favorite spot is Marshall Lake, where he likes to go with his wife and 3 kids. His 2 cats aren’t the camping sort, however, so they stay home

Kerry Ann Kauder

Is Ross Print’s resident Lithographic specialist, though she knows all of our processes extremely well. Kerry Ann began her journey into the printing trade back in high school. 32 years later, working from inception to fruition, she still enjoys providing the support necessary to give a customer the perfect packaging for their product. Kerry Ann likes to spend time with her adult son, and play golf in her free time, but her first love will always be Alabama football, Roll Tide!

Her wide understanding of the many steps involved in bringing a customer’s ideas to life give Marcy the spontaneous, flexible, environment she enjoys. In her off time, she loves doing anything that gets her near the water. Boating, swimming, fishing, you name it; if it’s on the lake, she’s there! She lives with her 2 dogs and a beta, and wholeheartedly believes in refusing to act your age.

Michelle Detillion
Estimator / Customer Service Representative
Born and raised in Washington, we are thrilled Michelle found her way to us. She has lived in Alaska, and Germany as well. Michelle loves spending time with her family in the outdoors. She also has a love of sewing and quilting. Michelle has been involved in the print industry for some years now. Her parents started a local label company here in Spokane in 1985. She started working there in 1999 and left near the end of 2015. She has been here at Ross a few months now and enjoys it almost as much as we enjoy her!
