Flat Pouches

  • Simple and space-efficient, lacking a gusset or base fold.
  • Ideal for lightweight items and are cost-effective due to their straightforward design.
  • Used for snack packaging, sample packs, single-use items, and apparel accessories.

Film Packaging

  • This refers to the material used to create pouches and other packaging forms.
  • Film packaging is typically a thin, flexible layer of plastic or other materials used to wrap or seal products.
  • Provides protection and barrier against moisture, dust, and other environmental factors.

Shrink Sleeves

  • Shrink sleeves are labels made from thin film that shrinks to fit around containers when heat is applied.
  • They provide a 360-degree display for branding and can conform to containers of various shapes.
  • Ideal for beverage bottles, cleaning supplies, and food products.

Our Pouch Options:

Custom Windows

Clear, open windows are great for allowing your customers to see your product. We achieve this by printing on top of a clear material and leaving a specified shape blank. These shapes can be as simple as a circle or square or as complex as your company’s logo.

Materials

Metallic, Clear, White, we have it all! Metallic stock has proven to be incredibly popular among our customers making their product stand out on the shelves. We also can print spot white, making only specific elements appear metallic. A combination of two different stocks is an option as well.

Gusset Printing

More real estate for your pouch! You have the option to print on the bottom of your bag. Let customers find you by placing contact info and social media on the bottom of your bag without distracting from your product!

Zippers, Tear Notches, Hang Holes

The practical stuff! We offer a variety of options regarding zippers, tear notches, hang holes, sombreros, and more.

Embellishments

From our award-winning cast & cure techniques, spot varnishes, metallic inks, and more, we offer a huge variety of techniques to make sure your pouch is unique.

Pressure-Sensitive Labels

Pressure sensitive labels are widely used in the packaging industry. They adhere to surfaces through pressure, eliminating the need for water, solvents, or heat during application. Pressure Sensitive Labels are versatile and compatible with various container shapes. They offer vibrant branding opportunities and are commonly used for food packaging, personal care items, and pharmaceuticals.

Extended Content Labels

Extended content labels provide additional space beyond the primary label. They allow for detailed information, instructions, or branding. Types include:

  • Peel and Reveal Labels: These durable labels open and reseal, revealing hidden layers of content.
  • Cut and Stack, Dual-Ply Film: Innovative labels that wrap around containers, providing extra space.
  • Booklet Labels: Compact labels that fold like a booklet, accommodating extensive information.

Flexible Packaging

Flexible packaging refers to materials like plastic, paper, or foil. Advantages include:

  • Lightweight: Reduces transportation costs.
  • Versatility: Adapts to various shapes and sizes.
  • Barrier Properties: Protects against moisture, light, and oxygen.
  • Sustainability: Can be recyclable or use eco-friendly materials.
